Why People Fail Even After Trying Their Hardest

Blog

In my work, there are times when people come to me after they’ve tried “everything”- they’ve gone through chiro’s, acupuncturists, healers, mediums, reiki masters, you name it.

Don’t get me wrong, these are all modalities and resources I personally use daily, and are effective and healing in their own right.

Do you feel like you’re still not where you’d like to be?

Are your frustrated that your progress isn’t at the pace you’d like it to be?

Here’s what’s missing.

The inner work. (The part that manifested the physical symptom.)

And…

The desperation.

My clients appreciated it when I asked them – how bad do they really want to experience that shift? That dream? That fulfillment?

What are they willing to do, to make it happen?

What are they willing to let go to make it happen?

I recently helped someone that shared with me “I have done it all in the last 3 years, and I feel like I’m chasing my a**!”.

She’s suffered from insomnia and painful physical symptoms that no practitioner (western or eastern) can figure out. Her life, business and marriage felt the brunt of it as well.

During one of my recent spiritual retreats I received a message for her that loudly said to me “ENOUGH”. (I do meditate and pray for my clients, and the insights that come through are always loud and powerful – just like this specific client)

It was clear that it was time for inner work, no matter how scary and confronting what lied ahead was.

She did it. And from the very first hour of work, she finally slept, and for the first time in years is feeling better.

What was holding her back is on its way to fully serving her, and no longer being needed in her life.

Yes it took a lot, and yes it was scary, and she’s finally feeling better.

It was time to let it go.

It was about willing to do the unthinkable, and willing to let it go.

And so, in order to get the result we’re looking for, we have to ask ourselves…

How bad do we want this?

What are we willing to do for it?

What are we willing to let go of?

What is likely standing in the way?

And most importantly – to know that it’s a matter of praying for it like it depends on God, and actively working on it like it depends on you. (That’s from my morning read- “The Circle Maker“).

Do whatever it takes to show God (or your trusted Source), to show you’re serious.

And finally…make a promise to yourself that you will take yourself seriously.

Now I’d love to hear from you. Leave me a comment at the bottom of the post! Let me know what resonated most…and what you’re most excited to take action on! And as always, feel free to email me directly with any questions, or anything at all here.
